Replacement Policy
We follow a Replacement-First Policy. This means:
If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will send a free replacement first.
If the replacement item also arrives damaged or defective, you may choose either another replacement or a full refund (refunds are available for prepaid orders only).
Replacement requests are accepted only if:
1. The product arrives damaged or defective
2. You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
Provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and outer packaging before opening.
This helps us verify claims and resolve issues fairly. Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Do you offer refunds?
Since all products at Candid Apricot are made-to-order, refunds are not available in general. We follow a replacement-first policy for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
A refund is issued only if the replacement sent in the second attempt is also damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation
At Candid Apricot, you can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. Since our products are made to order, once the order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is requested after processing has started, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
