Candid Apricot – Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
At Candid Apricot, we take pride in offering high-quality aesthetic art products. Due to the nature of our products and the high shipping costs involved, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered.
All products are final sale.
We kindly request customers to carefully review all product descriptions, images, and details provided on our website and Instagram page before placing an order.

2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incomplete item/product received
To request a replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- A clear unboxing video showing the issue must be provided.
- The video should clearly capture the package condition and the defect, damage, or incomplete item.
Once verified by our team, a free replacement will be arranged.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us through both:

After the 2-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted as order processing begins immediately.
4. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Each order is shipped in two separate shipment cycles.
For each shipment, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders.
If delivery fails due to:
- Consignee unavailability, or
- Refusal to accept the order the order will be treated as non-deliverable, and:
- No refund of the paid amount will be made due to the nature of our products.
