We currently ship across India, including metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 locations.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Time & Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via SMS/email
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, factors like weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.
In case of a significant delay, our team will reach out via email or phone.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes.
7. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or non-payment (in COD orders), the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Refunds for prepaid RTO orders will be with zero deductions.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement/refund after investigation.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contact@candidapricot within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged item.
